Working with Crown Consulting Crew follows a straightforward four-step process:

Step 1: Free ConsultationWe begin with a complimentary consultation meeting where we learn about your organization's vision and funding goals. This is your opportunity to share what you're hoping to accomplish and where you see your organization growing.

Step 2: Research & Opportunity IdentificationFollowing our initial conversation, CCC conducts free research based on the goals and priorities we've established together. For grant writing projects, we identify potential funders and present our findings in a written format, including good-faith estimates for timeline and completion.

Step 3: Project ExecutionOnce you approve an activity for us to pursue, we begin the work. We'll ask you to designate a contact person at your organization who can answer questions, provide documentation, and collaborate with us throughout the process. For grant proposals, we submit prior to the funder's deadline.

Step 4: Ongoing SupportCCC remains available as your point of contact for any follow-up that may be required. Throughout every phase, we keep you informed of progress and next steps.

Crown Consulting Crew provides complimentary research as part of our engagement process, donating that time back to your organization. This isn't just a nice gesture—it has practical value. Many grants require matching funds, and the value of our donated research time can serve as in-kind match toward your proposal, giving you a head start before you've spent a dollar. 

Crown Consulting Crew works exclusively with organizations that have current 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Before our first consultation, we ask that you provide a copy of your IRS determination letter showing your 501(c)(3) designation and EIN.

If your organization is still pursuing tax-exempt status, we encourage you to reach out once that process is complete.
