Katherine Hainzer is a certified grant writer with more than 35 years of experience securing multi-million-dollar funding for nonprofit, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations. Her portfolio includes successful awards for dental clinics, regional food banks, hospital-based initiatives, and community programs designed to strengthen and expand essential services.
In addition to her work as a grant strategist, Katherine has served as a grant reviewer for the One Star Foundation in Texas and national organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association, the March of Dimes, and the Arthritis Foundation. This dual perspective provides her with deep insight into funder priorities, compliance standards, and the elements of highly competitive proposals.
An ordained minister, Katherine brings a faith-centered approach grounded in ethical stewardship, servant leadership, and accountability. She is a business graduate with certification in nonprofit administration from the University of Arkansas and is the founder of Crown Consulting Crew, LLC, established to equip nonprofits with the strategic resources and funding expertise needed for long-term sustainability and mission impact.
Carey Woodruff, Vice President
With nearly 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Carey Woodruff is a mission-driven executive known for strengthening organizations, cultivating donor relationships, and leading strategic growth. She has directed comprehensive development programs, managed major donor portfolios, and overseen operations, marketing, publishing, staff leadership, and budget administration.
Over the course of her career, she has achieved significant fundraising milestones, including multi-million-dollar campaigns, major gift acquisitions, successful grant awards, and the creation of sustainable donor programs. She is skilled in strategic planning, board engagement, donor communication, and organizational advancement.
Her work also includes founding and leading international humanitarian initiatives, coordinating medical missions, developing cross-cultural partnerships, and supporting vulnerable populations through long-term program development. She has collaborated with government leaders, mobilized volunteers, and built strong networks that expanded impact across borders.
Carey Woodruff holds an MBA in International Business, has completed extensive leadership and media training, and has been recognized for her professional achievements and service. In addition to her leadership work, she is an accomplished artist with a longstanding commitment to creative and humanitarian endeavors.
